I’m the founder of Olia Legal Search LLC, a boutique legal recruiting firm focused on thoughtful, high-quality placements built for long-term success. My approach is simple: I don’t believe in transactional recruiting. I work closely with both clients and candidates to understand what actually makes a placement successful—beyond just a resume. With a background in legal recruiting, account management, and business development, I’ve spent my career building strong relationships with decision-makers and helping organizations hire with confidence.
